I am so pissed off with this company right now I placed an Awesome You’re A MEOW One Mr. Cat Christmas Holiday Funny shirt order on 8 25 for four pairs of jeans for my son I received an email the next day 8 26 saying the items have shipped I called this past friday 8 31 to find out what is going on with my package as it still shows that it hasn’t shipped I was told that I needed to wait till the day after the date of delivery to call them back just in case the item get’s delivered that would be today and guess what people customer service isn’t even open on sundays my package hasn’t moved an inch tomorrow is labor day so more than likely they won’t be open as well they were quick to take my money but can’t seem to find my order now I have to go out last minute and find my son new school clothes with money I don’t really have to spend since my order won’t be here before my son’s first day of school I will never order through this company again and just want my money back. So about a month ago I bought a few things from e l f and unfortunately I got them a bit late of course during that time I didn t think much of it since I had ordered from them before and I never had a problem in fact sometimes I would get things a bit sooner than I expected anyways I never emailed them complaining about it cuz I figured that maybe they were just backed up on their orders I finally got my order and everything was there so I was happy today I was surprised to see that I had a package from e l f and of course I was super confused since I hadn t placed an order I was so pleased when I saw the note that came with the eye cream this shows to me that they really care about their customers and that they re willing to go that extra mile for them I m so glad I m a customer. I’m so disgusted with your customer service I have used nars for years and for the first time have a defective product the packaging my brand new tinted moisturizer cap doesn’t stay shut it leaked all over my bag making an absolute mess called customer service as I live 20 miles each way from the store where purchased and was told I have to go back there to exchange absolutely ridiculous you don’t stand behind your product without inconveniencing the consumer so long because when I do return it it won’t be nars anymore much rather deal with companies with good customer service
