As I was calm and relaxed so when I held the baby , I channeled my emotions to him and I also told me unborn baby girl to soothe him too. that’s beautiful , yes I believe babies are perceptive and do pick up on the emotions around them. I totally get that. They also mirror behaviour of adults as that is how we learn . Good thinking. I will say that I have been where she is at. I had an amazing DD 214 It’s A Veteran Thing You Wouldn’t Understand Tshirt  attendant who asked if she could take my little girl for a minute. I went to the tiny bathroom, and by the time I was out, my child was asleep In Her arms. She handed her back. My little one slept for the remainder of the flight. Babies feel stress.

Insecurities. Southwest Airlines really has a great staff!!! It was a short flight, four hours, but that simple act of kindness and relief, made all the difference. Thank you to that flight attendant that gave me 2 minutes of respite of feeling guilt, doubt and shame as a mom! Babies under DD 214 It’s A Veteran Thing You Wouldn’t Understand Tshirt   at least should not be allowed to fly or they should just do adults only flights. The worst experience a person has is a baby crying and screaming on a plane. I mean i just get out of control and if the parent cannot understand this just foff babies cannot stand planes gives them ear pains and all sorts. I remember being on a flight from Bristol to Barcelona, where we live & still do & my youngest daughter, who never cried, just flipped out!! She screamed ALL the flight through!! I was sitting next to some students that I could tell were really fed up with me & my baby, so I walked up & down the aeroplane, backwards & forwards, but nothing made her stop & she wasn’t a baby that cried!! People looked at me as if it was my fault, but as everybody that knows what it is to have a new born knows it’s just rules of life, I got dirty looks, tutting etc. But it never happened again. A one off!! She’s 25 now & amazing!!
