What happen to good customer service in the past I would call and a Funny Chicken Pi shirt sweater real person would answer the phone and help immediately I called on friday and found out you are now closed friday saturday and sunday seriously I tried the live chat and stayed in line for over an hour I sent emails and still have not recieved a response fast forward to monday and I am currenlty on the phone on hold for over 25 minutes right now what happened to you guys. Little upset about my daughter’s brand new shirt just washed it for the very first time and more then 90 of the triangle gems on it came off those blank spaces are where the triangles use to be I love children’s place clothes but I got a dud this time ️. I was a victim along with five others at the same time this manager has gotten away with false accusations wrongful termination and possibly theft and yet when all of this is reported to hr they do absolutely nothing to help justify the situation victoria’s secret is a horrible company to work for they do not stand up for their employees
