I earned 40 as rewards last month and went on your website to redeem the rewards half an hour prior to their expiry I got the following error message therefore not allowing me to redeem them I spoke to someone at the customer service few days back and was told that only half of the rewards can be refunded I don’t understand that if I tried to redeem the rewards before their expiry and the website wasn’t supporting my need then how am I liable for it I was hoping to switch to children’s place for both my kids growing clothing needs but unfortunately this experience made me step back I wanted to share this on your page t bring this to your notice many thanks.
