Buyer beware I just spent 45 minutes on chat trying to get an It’s Time To Heart Pause And Reflect shirt sweater order corrected their system would not accept the first order so the rep asked me to enter another order I did so thought everything was ok closed the chat then I get an email that the first order was found I now have two duplicate orders and they cannot correct it so this time I call customer service and she tells me they can’t stop the order which was just placed have to wait until it comes and return it I ask to talk to her supervisor and she refuses not sure I want to do business with this company if that is how they handle business.
