The absolute worst I have been a Led Zeppelin United States Of America 1977 shirt sweater customer of the children’s place for many years I have been shopping in store and online you would think that being such a good customer that customer service would take care of you if you had a problem not the case this time I made quite a large purchase online for whatever reason they made a mistake and charged me 2 times the funds were being held against my account and they tried to blame the bank after calling the bank and seeing that it was not in fact the banks issue I spent 2 days worth of my time period about an hour and a 1 2 to be exact speaking to people in customer service and corporate they were not willing to do anything to help me very poor customer service and I will never shop again shame on you. I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank your company from the bottom of my heart for being such a beautiful light during a dark time with our family we have been ordering your diaper bundle and products since my daughter was born and more recently over the past few months the formula bundle as well my spouse had a massive stroke and our finances have been very tough with him out of work and in a care facility we were having to potentially cancel our order the woman I spoke to on the phone was sooo incredibly sweet and understanding not only did she give me phenomenal customer service she sent us diapers formula and flowers andrea I have never met you you did not have to go out of your way to help us but you did and I will be forever greatful the honest company has earned a customer for life ️ ️.
