I’m not sure what’s going on with this company I used to order all the time as I ship close to my grandkids out of state well since july i’ve tried to place an order three times first order got delivered to wrong address took 3 weeks for children’s place to finally say they refund the money that the package was obviously lost so couple weeks later turn around place an order again to replace the item set we’re ordered in the first place somehow the order was put through 5 times by the shipping department and then canceled causing a No More Stolen Sisters Black Native Sunset shirt sweater huge hold on my children’s place credit card this was a week and a half ago the money still hasn’t been released and I spent two hours today arguing between the children’s place credit card company and online about who releases this hold so I can order these items before double cash expires today and my children’s place cash but still no answers just ready to use up what children’s place cash I have and be done and customer service for the children’s place is awful never any help.
