This is in regards to order 240002498 placed july 23 2018 returned and no refund call attempts made to this company are routed to the philipines where no understanding of the language results in no service I have emailed the company no response the money paid was taken immediately out of my bank and I asked for gift card so I could buy grandkids other items this company is sitting on my money and has extremely poor service this lack of returning my refund gift card is forcing legal action.
