I have never felt so insulted or humiliated by someone today I went into the valdosta ga store to exchange some items that were sent to my cousin he is living with us by his aunt in another state everything was too small all I asked was to exchange for different items or sizes she paid with her children’s place card no big deal didn’t want a Official Vintage Best Dadicorn Ever shirt return I had 2 receipts because things were sent at 2 different times one packaged arrived this morning she proceeds to tell me this is complicated just going to return it I said no because it was on her card then I can’t get what he needs she said i’m just going to give you the cash I said ok whatever I just need different sizes of course it wouldn’t go through and she went to the back and got the manager she comes out and says no you can not get a return again told her I do not want a return I just need to exchange for different items she then picks up one of the items smells it and tells me in front of several other customers well these smell I said what excuse me they just came in the mail she looks at me with a face of disgust and not believing me and said they did I told her you know what forget it i’ll just mail them back and she can get a refund she tries to stop me by saying it’s ok we’ll get this figured out I again said no I am done i’m not giving your store any of my business she proceeds to tell me well i’m sorry if I offended you very unprofessional I can’t even imagine saying that to a family member let alone a customer I use to be a manager in a shoe store I can not even imagine to tell someone oh these stink btw everything had the tags I had both receipts and they were brand new awful customer service and now I have to pay out of pocket to ship these back never shopping with children’s place again btw asked a few other to smell the clothes outside of children’s place and they said they smelled like new clothes. Should be called the liar company I canceled my subscription by email before I was billed got a Official Vintage Best Dadicorn Ever shirt confirmation email that my subscription was indeed canceled three days later I get a notification saying that my order was shipped tried to call customer service waited on hold for an hour and a half only for a representative to hang up on me I will never recommend this garbage company to anyone ever again in fact I will be telling everyone how your company treats people I want my money back. I just want to say a big thank you to your company you have really gone out of your way to make me feel like a valued customer allow me to explain I had purchased from your huge blowout sale back at least a month or so ago and had purchased a fairly decent amount of product by the time you were to my order for packing a few things had sold out you sent me an email letting me know and that I had been refunded for those items a few days later I receive my shipping notice and another email stating I had been refunded I was confused as my order had already shipped to my surprise for the delay of my order being sent out you refunded my entire order and still shipped me the products I was floored and couldn’t believe that your company had done this I was already a fairly dedicated e l f customer but now knew I would be for a long time coming today I check my mail and have another package from your company extremely confused because I knew I had not had a chance to order recently I open it up to find this full size nourishing night cream along with a so sorry postcard picture will be in comments apologizing for my previous package being delayed I needed to share what top notch customer service you have and that I know for certain I will be a lifelong e l f customer thank you so much for going above and beyond.
